Co-founder and Director
45+ years in electrical and lighting work: more than 20 years as an electrician with the London Electricity Board, then street and exterior lighting management, lighting design and engineering, and senior roles at Zumtobel and Current by GE before co-founding EOS in 2018.
Brian Glynn co-founded EOS Lighting Solutions with Lee Barham in 2018, after more than four decades in electrical and lighting work. He began as an electrician with the London Electricity Board, where he worked for over 20 years, before moving into street lighting as Section Manager for street lighting on Transport for London's central road network (TLRN) with Camden Consultancy Service.
He went on to manage exterior lighting at WS Atkins, then held operations and project management roles across the UK and Europe with LSI Europe, Zumtobel Lighting and Current by GE. Before co-founding EOS, he was Head of Lighting Design and Engineering at eLight Works, delivering LED lighting-as-a-service projects.
At EOS, Brian leads the technical side of every project, from lighting design and calculations to value engineering reviews, drawing on hands-on experience of installing, maintaining, designing and specifying lighting.
